Location was great! Rooms were good and big. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even had a booking office in the hotel and helped us booking our next bus.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They are available 24/7. The location is unbeatable as it's really close to downtown so you can walk anywhere. They offered us to keep our bigger suitcases while we were in another city. They also booked us a car to go to the airport for a very convenient price. I'd totally recommend it!

We were made to feel so welcome when arriving at Hanoi house. We were allowed to check in to the room early for a small fee and when checking out the staff kept our luggage safe and out of the way for the day as we had a late bus. The room was beautiful and clean and we had a big balcony overlooking the street. Great location in the old quarter, we were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go . Thanks guys!

Great location in the middle of Old Town, very close to Beer street, 5-10 min distance to lake. We booked via booking.com, it was cheaper than in person. We got room above the reception, we were afraid of that room, because wintow was just to reception area, but on the end of the day it was very good room. Good TV, with Netflix, large space. We booked trip to Ha Long bay right on desk next to reception.

This was my second time staying as the staff were so lovely I had to come back. A little bit more to what I usually pay for being a solo traveller but wanted to treat myself plus the staff were so welcoming and so happy to have me back. They all shouted my name happily when I walked in :) made me feel very loved and at home. Happy to help me in anyway. Would definitely stay again :)

Very lovely place, just round the corner from everything so very easy to walk but also be away from all the people. Got a room with a balcony so fun to sit and watch everything that is going on. The staff were super lovely and genuinely happy to see you. They can help you with anything :) Very nice and clean, the bed was super comfy. I will definitely stay there again :) Also the restaurant opposite has absolutely amazing food! Best veggie spring rolls I have ever had!!

We stayed for 5 nights in a room with balcony, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was big, the bed was comfortable, dark curtains help sleep well, staff was friendly and helpful.

Very helpful front desk workers, this is what it should look like in hospitality services! The lady helped us with taxi, Ha Long Bay tour and luggage storage. The gentleman waited for us until 00:20, as our bus was late. He welcomed us with a big smile and helped us carry the luggage to our room. Very tasty breakfast! Quite a wide choice of both Western and Asian cuisine. And also variety of fruit! Close to Cafe Giang! Which had fantastic egg coffee. Generaly the location was good!
